Yes, we offer a designer 96-gallon trash can.

New customers: you are required to use company supplied Davis Disposal 96-gallon designer trash cans.
Existing customers: you are able to continue to use your own can as long as the total amount of trash does not exceed 105-gallons

Our residential weekly service includes a maximum of 105-gallons of trash per household per week. We offer additional plans that have up to 400-galllons of trash per week, call the office to get pricing.

We ask that all cans be at road no later than 7:00 am or you can even put it out the night before to assure we don’t miss you.

We do not pick up large items during our normal weekly service, although we do offer large item pickup. Contact our office for pricing and availability.

Our trash service is limited to household trash only. We cannot accept construction debris, dead animals, hazardous waste or metal. Hazardous Waste such as, paint cans, batteries, chemicals, ammunition, tires or other similar items are hazardous to the environment and are strictly forbidden.

Payment is due on the first of the month. We are a prepaid garbage disposal service, meaning you must be paid for the month before we send our truck to pickup your trash.

The 2-holidays we are closed and do not pickup trash is Christmas and Thanksgiving. This allows for our valued employees to spend time with their families. Your pickup day for that week will be delayed by one day following these holidays.

Yes, you are required to bring your can to the curbside of the road as our employees are not insured to enter your property.

There are few reasons why we would not pickup your trash:
1) Your bill is not prepaid for that weeks trash pickup.
2) Your trash was not out at road by 7:00 am
3) Your can is too heavy, it may have rained the night before and you don’t have a lid or you have more than 105-gallons of trash
4) You have placed items in your trash that are prohibited to be disposed of at the landfill.
5) Your address is not clearly marked and visible near your trash can

Customer acknowledges that it has the care, custody and control of the equipment owned by Davis Disposal and accepts responsibility for the leased equipment and its contents while it is on customer’s property. Therefore, customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Davis Disposal from and against any and all claims for loss of or damage to property, injury or death of person or persons resulting from or arising in any manor of customers use, operation or possession of any equipment furnished under t his agreement. Customer acknowledges that Davis Disposal employees may drive company vehicles on customer’s property and accepts responsibility for any and all damage that may occur from Davis Disposal vehicle. This includes damage to roads, culverts, fences, landscaping or other areas that the truck may con tact while attempting to service customers dumpster or roll off. Furthermore, customer will warrant that all waste placed in the container is of a non-‐hazardous nature and that no liquids or soil will be placed in the container. Prohibited items: Hazardous Waste such as, dead animals, batteries, chemicals, ammunition, tires or other similar items are hazardous to the environment and are strictly forbidden. Ceramic or marble tile, asphalt roofing and concrete are not permitted in the dumpster due to weigh restrictions. Customer also acknowledges overloaded dumpsters or roll offs will not be dumped or removed and they will incur additional fees at the rate of $390/ton to accommodate larger pickup vehicles. All 2YD, 3YD, 4YD, 6YD, 18YD, 25YD, 30YD dumpsters must be able to fully close the flip top lids (if applicable) an no items may be above the fill line. Anything on the ground will not be taken or removed. Go back fee: If the dumpster is NOT accessible (blocked) or pickup needs to be rescheduled per customer request, there will be a $150 fee associated with that rescheduled pickup. All dumpster rentals come with a minimum of a 1-year contract, are billed quarterly (3-months) and all roll off dumpsters are 7-day rentals and can be extended at the cost of $15/day. We are a pre-paid service, meaning you must be paid in full before we send our truck to empty your dumpster or roll off. There will be no credit applied to account for missed pickups due to late payment, blocked access, or customer requested reschedules. The cost of dumpster is $2,125 and the cost of roll off dumpsters is $8,965 and customer agrees to allow Davis Disposal full access to property to retrieve the dumpster or roll off dumpster after termination of contract or sale/transfer of property to another individual/company or customer agrees to pay the full cost of dumpster or roll off dumpster including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees to collect balance. Collection Hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Place garbage curbside by 6:00 a.m. on scheduled collection day or the night before to ensure pick up. Davis Disposal cart should be placed within 5 feet of the curb or right away adjacent to unit/home.
Davis Disposal charges a cart replacement fee of $95.00 for carts damaged by customer beyond repair and for carts stolen from private property. Davis Disposal will exchange carts damaged due to normal wear and tear at no additional charge.
Davis Disposal requires a 30-day notice to cancel services and billing effectively. To avoid cart replacement fee charges to your account, Davis Disposal cart(s) should be left curbside for removal following the last date of service.
